Then go to command prompt, and type &#8220;%DIR%\ChangeVLKey.vbs ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP-QRST&#8221; without the quotes where %DIR% is the directory of the vbs file and the ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP-QRST is your new product key.

After some research, I learn that it was something to do with the ATI driver.
